Thank you Commissioner Brim-Edwards, for having already taken the initiative to correct Oregonlive's “mistake” which I addressed in my open letter here: Oregonlive deliberately misquotes MultCo Board's “cease-fire” resolution
It is true that “intent” and “mens rea” would have to be established in order to support my allegation of “journalistic malpractice”, and that neither I nor you can conclusively rule on that question until all the facts are gathered. An internal forensic investigation of their newsroom would be necessary, and lets hope that is now that its underway, for the sake of our whole metro region. I imagine that in a couple months or years some whistleblower will blow the lid on it, kind of like this guy did on the gray lady in New York.
The whataboutery and “newspeak” tactics of Marxist-Leninism are well known, and the protestors who've flooded your meetings have engaged in deliberate disinformation and obfuscation, and this shouldn't suprise you. It influenced your original resolution, its subtly present in your amended version (as Mr. Blattner noted out in his testimony, which we endorse), and none of us should be surprised to discover that its infiltrated the newsrooms and editorial columns, given the history of biased coverage over the last few months, both here and from the associated press, which Oregonlive syndicates. As you've surely read in the press, they consider Hamas and Palestinian Islamic JIhad to be “militants” - sort of like the national guard.
Didn't you ever notice that almost none of the activists condemned the Oct 7th massacres, in their public comments before your board? And that none of them called for the release of Israeli hostages? Why not, do you suppose? Well, they've been telling you plainly as they commandeer and march up and down your streets and shut down your bridges: “when [people? Palestine?] is occupied, resistance is justified”. In order to free the palestinian prisoners, the massacres and hostage taken was necessary and justified, in their not-so-humble opinion, and commissioner Stegman “thanks them for lifting up [their] voices”. That's how “Globalize the intifada” infiltrated your commission chamber and board deliberations. If the Portalnd Association of Teachers union, and Portland State University graduate students union are willing to enthusiastically organize for the goal of intifada and one-state Palestinian solution with Jews in dhimmi status or exile, (or dead like the 1,200 that already are, and who are not mourned by such “activists”) then why would not the newsrooms of your local newspaper of record be on board with that goal?
As stated in my earlier emailed communications to your office and to the other commissioners: YOUR MORAL CONFUSION has REAL SOCIAL CONSEQUENCES on the streets and in the institutions of civil society in Multnomah County, and you have a fiduciary duty to uphold the law, and a statutory obligation. I will be reminding you of this in my future non-agenda communications, and hope more citizens will join me in making this appeal. At what point does “activism” become “political intimidation”, and at what point do bridge takeovers beome “rioting”? And when does rioting become “domestic terrorism”, in your opinion?
Unless you the commissioners, along with the mayor and the district attorney, stand up in public to practice intellectual and moral leadership, the police or sherriffs will not and should not enforce. That's why I again reiterate my request of your board and of the Mayor of Portland that you do what I've asked in public comments: do your your official civic duty and instruct the citizens in the law, and the moral theory for why we choose to be a “nation under law”, rather than merely a “nation under big men with guns” or a “nation of mobs with raised fists or nooses hung”. And I'm not asking for arrests and prosecutions, because I don't want you to hide behind the police and then let them take the blame when things go wrong. Moral clarity from our elected leaders. Some things should not be tolerated. What are they, and why not?
Last meeting, for example, when the room burst into applause at the public comment “F–k Joe Biden”, I did YOUR CIVIC DUTY for you, and I instructed the mob on what the law requires in this specific case. “Do not butt-rape Joe Biden”, I said, and I silenced the room. This is what is needed: there is an epidemic of such incitement and malevolent stupidity in Portland and all over the country - it is in fact the efficient cause of the crime wave and murder epidemic from which we are suffering. I hope you'll denounce it in future, as I did. The commenter rephrased, and stated “vote him out of office”. That was correct, but if he does it again he should be removed from the room. During the anti-police riots of 2020, I heard former Portland city councilor JoAnn Hardesty silence one of her own “defund the police” constituents, who had abused the opportunity of public comment to threaten butt-rape of Mayor Wheeler, as mobs had done in the civic plaza, in numbers upward of 2,000 chanting ad-nauseum. Can you imagine what it does to someone's psyche? - to hear this mantra chanted in a relentless drone for hours on end? Its weirdly empowering, addictive, vicious, and perverted. And the defense attorney's all had their clients plead insanity, and diverted into the behavior health system, which is overhwelmed and inadqueate to the problem. We claim to have a “mental health crisis” - well what did you expect? - but actually it is a “moral and intellectual health crisis”. Neither marijuana, nor psychopharmaceuticals can help with that, and the fixated dogmatic assumption of material causation is basic error of psychiatric pseudo-science, and has you looking in all the wrong places for a solution - and your government contracted “service providers” and engaging in psychological malpractice on a mass scale: The problem won't go away until you address the moral perversion, which is efficient cause of the mental disorder. And to keep the disorder “chronic and lifelong” - which is prognosis usually given - is designed to keep this systemic injustice firmly in place and funded by medicaid and other benefits. Your problems with “drug pushers” go way beyond mere Fentanyl.
In Portland, drug addiction, terrrorism and butt-rape are extremely popular - more popular than the mayor, the police, or glass windows - and far more popular than Israel. You have a duty to reverse this trend - at least as it relates to your mayor, police, and windows. Learning from Israel might help you with that, but in order to learn from the local Jews, you will have to not negligently allow a mob of terrorists to destroy their country and not stand idly by while they're killed off or hounded off in to exile somewhere else. We've been here before; I'm not surprised. But why is it so much easier to focus on the problems with some tiny, distant foreign country instead of dealing with the “cease-fire” that Portland and MultCo so urgently need?
There is one God in heaven and on earth, Moses is his prophet, Israel his chosen son, and may I be accepted as his servant. Sanctified be his name. I would rather be hired servant of a poor by righteous Jewish peddler surrounded by an ignorant lynch mob, or even his caananite slave, than to sit as a prince and ruler and divide the spoil with all of you.
My parents, teachers, pastors, leaders were and still are deluded, just like most of you. Guess what? America is not the “promised land”. That's why I successfully petitioned to remove the statue in Chapman square. White Anglo-saxon protestants are not the “chosen people”, and neither are the progressive liberals who supposedly replaced christians, just as christians had supposedly replaced Jews. Why is this “privelege” one that is never acknowleged? And why didn't the Oregonian discuss it during the events of 2020? This is the fraud by which the west was won, and the continued presence of the Jews threatens to unmask it, and deprive you of that privelege to be ignorant about how your supremacy was obtained. The role of the Jews in this scheme is to convert, assimilate, die off, or otherwise disappear from the stage of history. This is why Anti-judaism and anti-zionism are at foundation of christian identity, from even before the council of Nicea, but especially thereafter. It is systemic; I was raised with it in churches and public schools, and in private “elite” liberal arts college - and I see that PAT is proudly continuing that prejudiced and ignorant tradition. The church universal is the “spiritual Israel”, and the christian quarter with its church of the holy sepulchre, is the “new Jerusalem”, in the imagination of most. Or in the protestant tradtions of Luther and Calvin, a gnostic awareness obtained through private mental act. A Jewish Jerusalem would threaten this, which is why paramilitary monks of “Saint” John Chrysotom used to riot and burn Synagogues, and why “Saint” Ambrose denounced political leader who defended Jews against the rioters. Islam learned the “supercessionism” and “replacement theology” in its own ecclesiology. Marx translated christian eshatology into the dialectic of historical materialism, just as Hegel did into his historic idealism and subsequent German romantic nationalism. That's why the “Palestine” issue is so near and dear to all their hearts - and why christians, muslims, marxist-leninists, nazis, and Pan-arab secular nationalists can agree to disagree about everything else - Jew hatred and anti-zionism is something they all share on on which they will cooperate. This is why the “Palestine issue” such a deep religious character, and why there was such an enthusiastic outpouring of sympathy for Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad after the Oct 7th “Al-aqsa flood” massacres, coming from post-christian liberals. Be aware that like the church, liberal white supremacy has a Diversity and Inclusion program these days, and anyone can convert, assimilate and build equity. The superiority complex, though, is a house of cards built on a fraud. That is why your society is so unstable.
The superiority complex has a serious cost on our integrity, which is why I gave it up, and became a proselyte of the holy Torah, as a Noahide, a God-fearing gentile, a member of the “commonwealth of Israel”, a wild olive shoot grafted in. I do not boast against the root, for I do not support the root, but the root supports me. The church is a great apostasy from the doctrine of the apostles, and this is why I've been kicked out of every church as a heretic, legalist, judaizer - although I'm none of those things, and why I wouldn't go back, except to use the facilities if I were houseless, which I've been. I would like to meet and learn with a disciple of Joschka someday, but after a decade in the churches, sitting with alot of outstanding bible teachers, it finally dawned on me that I'd never met one before.
Back to the issue of threats and incitement against public officials - consider this: incitement to crime, obscenity, and criminal threats, are no protected under U.S. or under Oregon constitutional law. I defy your attorneys to state otherwise, and I beg them to explain how the law has been interpreted in such cases, here and in other jurisdictions around the country.
The Oregon Constitution Article 1, Section 8 states that regarding the “freedom of speech and of the press”, “every person shall be held accountable for the abuse of this right.” You should be interested to know how the County and District Attorney's offices would interpret and apply this clause, if you ever had to issue a stay-away order from your building, or any other public infrastructure. The case law is probably ambiguous, and it would have to be tried, but that won't happen until an executive enforcement action takes place, and the buck stops with you.
Or perhaps it stops with me - since I've already had to shut down your Regular Meeting of the County Board Commissioner, twice, as an unlawful assembly - in addition to the verbal enforcement action previously mentioned. About a month ago, I liberated the Hawthorne bridge from a cohort of bolsheviks who had commandeered it just after sundown, but I can't always be on call to help you out with that. Unless you deputize me and give me a salary, but even then, I have better things to be doing with my time, and you already have comity with the sherriffs, you just don't have a coherent policy or the political will, or any semblance of moral leadership. And that was the night before I first appeared before you to make public comment. If you'd had me arrested for disrupting your meeting, on that occasion, I would have sued you in Federal Court for “viewpoint discrimination” under current interpretation around U.S. constitution 1st ammendment guarantees, and I would have won a verdict, as you are obviously quite well aware. It may also have become a national cause célèbre among politicians around the State and nation who point to our County as a symbol of everything thats gone wrong with America.
How did we get to this point? I'm emailing the offices of the District Attorney and City Attorney of Portland. Maybe they can give you some advice. Your County gets sued alot, and your County Attorney is probably not informing you very well about the systemic problems in the bureaucracy that you oversee. If and when I have to sue you, I will be asking for equitable relief and orders of specific performance, and I hope that any settlement that is reached will come before the board for a decision on whether to approve it, because any financial payout that does not address the systemic problems leading to the lawsuit, may be an embezzlement of public money born out of overwork, or incompetence, or sheer laziness, or all of the above, and the public should know. The guys at copwatch has been noodling Portland city council about this for years, in public comments on the settlements, and no one is doing anything about, but at least we know about the problem.
I hope you'll take steps to begin moving the County and the District Attorney's office in a new direction. Else a grand jury may need to convene, and a special prosecutor be appointed, in order to take this up as a “presentment”. Since I'm scheduled for public communication before the Portland City Council this coming wednesday, I'm taking the liberty to disclose our dialogue to the Mayor and some of the leading candidates for the position when it opens up in the fall. I also ask the council clerk to put it, and the open letter with my allegation against Oregonlive, on public record as my written testimony, so that its available on the website. This is something Portland does - the County doesn't, but should. I've volunteered as Portland's deputy foreign minister to the County and Metro Council, but I would like to know where the council stands on the questions at issue here, before I presume to speak for them on this point. I hope they will take the opportunity to begin lobbying the County for the changes that will be necessary in order to bring Portland back from the abyss.
The holy weekend is upon us, the seventh day, a memorial of creation, which I remember and in which I rejoice, not as a mitzvah, but as a voluntary act of discipleship. Zichron l'maasei breishit. Its time for me to put down my work, turn off my devices, go rejoice and sing a new song.
