Only 5% of impounded RV's and vehicles w/o license plates are eventually recovered.   Giles Lake impound center?

Mike Krebs - PBOT outreach, explains process:  7 day notice, resources offered. Must move one mile away.  1hr to pack up and leave.  If unable to start vehicle, it is impounded.
